Our favorite and most frequently asked question is, " What cuisine do we specialize in?".  

We love them all! Our mastermind chef, A.K.A Dan, grew a passion for cooking and started working in a kitchen at the age of 15.  By his early 20's, he was extremely experienced with Mexican, American, Italian, Mediterranean, and Asian-fusion food!  After working hard and experiencing all these different cuisines, we've decided to make a place for you to get a bite at our Modern Grill, where you have endless food options!
